Mobile App Onboarding
Project Overview
The mobile team wanted to add an onboarding experience to one of our mobile apps. The (then) current app version did not have a first-time user experience for customers who were using the app for the first time — we took them directly to the main account page.
Scope
Research current onboarding trends
Create headlines and copy for main app features (make a payment, request a draw, etc.)
Explain and encourage biometric login
Explain and encourage push notifications
My Role
